We have a quiet home surrounded by stunning Australian bushland, close to Lake Macquarie & beaches. There are extensive bush walking & mountain bike trails in and around Murrays Beach. Murrays Beach Cafe - 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk. Trading Post Cafe, Nords Wharf - 10-minute drive Cams Wharf Tavern - 5 minute drive Swansea Shopping Village - 5-minute drive. Caves Beach & Catherine Hill Bay - less than a 10-minute drive Honeysuckle 40-minute drive. Darby Street - 30 minute drive The space Newly built home (stairs to access) external & internal stairs. Private bedroom + television, ceiling fan and private bathroom including bath & separate powder room 🚽 Shared kitchen, swimming pool & entertaining areas. Guest access You have your own private bedroom, private bathroom & power room. You are welcome to use kitchen facilities, swimming pool & entertaining area. During your stay We will be here to greet you as you arrive & available as you need throughout your stay. Other things to note 🚬 Strictly No smoking or Vaping. ⏰ Quiet time - 10pm to 6am please. 🎉 No parties! 🚌 Public transport is from Swansea, walking to Swansea will take 1 hour. Uber is rare in my area so please keep this in mind if you don’t have access to a car. 🏡 This is our home & we also have our little dog Sunny (12) she is non shedding low allergen. You’ll probably hear her snoring 💤 🛑 Our bedroom, Media Room, and Office are not for guests to access at any time. Fridge /Cupboard space will be made available for your food & drinks if needed. 🗺️ Directions : We strongly recommend using GOOGLE/WAZE GPS to find our home as the area is relatively new.
