Off grid, hydro and solar power. The space Set amongst native bush, on 10 hectares, overlooking the Canterbury plains. Five minute walk to the popular Ashley Gorge reserve. 10 minute drive to Oxford village. Access to Mt Thomas Conservation area, hunting, tramping and fishing. Guest access Guests have the use of the entire house and the surrounding outdoor areas. Guests do not have access to the fenced paddocks unless by prior arrangement. The property manager may be onsite to tend to the animals (sheep, goats and hens) and occasionally stays in the caravan in the paddock away from the main house. Other things to note The wood fired hot tub is unavailable when there is a total fire ban.
