The "Hamptons" house, a charming half-timbered house and its "tiny house" can accommodate 8 people. The house is protected from the wind and faces south. It is quiet, 800 m from the port, beach and shops. Its large south-facing terrace and landscaped park offer a countryside and sea environment. Inside, the large fireplace and warm decor are inspired by New England ambiances and will offer you all the comforts in summer and winter. Wi-Fi. The space On the ground floor: A fully equipped new kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle...). A fire extinguisher is also placed in the kitchen. A dining room with a table for up to 8 people. We also have two small stools and a baby high chair (a second high chair can be provided on request) A comfortable living room with two sofas, English armchairs, coffee table and a large fireplace with double firewall. Two bedrooms on the ground floor with 160 queen size beds, storage furniture, overlooking the terrace. Bathroom with large shower and sink. Separate toilets with hand basin Upstairs: An attic bedroom for 2 people composed of 2 distinct semi-partitioned spaces with two 90 beds A small landing with extra sofa bed and desk Bathroom with tub, shower and sink Separate toilet Baby equipment is available: a small crib with bars, a foldable travel cot and a baby bathtub. The tiny house: on the ground floor A living room with a sofa for the small living area, a mini kitchen equipped with the washing machine of the house, a filter coffee maker, kettle...) Bathroom with shower, sink and non-separate toilet. On the mezzanine (access by a miller's staircase not suitable for children and the elderly): a queen size bed (160) Guest access Guests have access to the entire Hamptons house as well as its tiny house (doll house), garden, outdoor terrace, and small covered terrace. As far as car access is concerned, two cars can be parked in front of the gate; if there are other cars, they will have to be parked at the bottom of the small street, next to a municipal shuttle stop. The street is narrow and sloping but the parking is flat. Other things to note 1/ We ask our tenants to be vigilant on the following points: - The house is non-smoking / However an ashtray is provided outside in case of emergency :) - Pets: unfortunately the house will not be able to accommodate your pet - The fireplace works very well but you must not make a "blazing fire"; you must be very careful with young children who, despite the two firescreens we have installed, could burn themselves. Never close the duct with the lever on the left, it must remain constantly open. Wood is provided for a small contribution of €7 for a good ten logs (the price of our purchase). The little red box on the coffee table in the living room will collect your money if you make a fire… thank you :) - The floor of the terrace is slippery when wet. You have to be careful when it rains. - ALL linens are provided. We ask everyone not to use towels for the beach; towels for the outside are reserved for you in the laundry room. - The staircase: two very low beams halfway up the staircase and on the landing will force you to lower your head when going up and down. We have installed a protective adhesive but it is best to be careful. - Quiet: The place is peaceful, so we ask our tenants to respect the calm of the place and the neighborhood. Parties and late evenings are forbidden.
