Our beautiful home is in a neighborhood that is both peaceful, but also central and extremely convenient. The home is the ideal location for you to spend your time in Toronto. Right by the subway so you can reach downtown Toronto or the airport easily, our place is also walking distances to groceries, pubs, restaurants and parks so you never get bored. Be comfortable at home with fully-equipped kitchen, washroom, free high-speed wifi, free laundry and a beautiful yard to enjoy. The space + Bright bedroom with full-size mattress for 2 people. Table and closet included. + Unlimited free high-speed wifi, suitable for work-from-home. + Fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen, including electric stoves, microwave, mini-oven, sink, toaster, kettle, refrigerator. Dining and cooking utensils are provided. Kitchen is shared with my family and other guests + Clean 3-pieces washroom in shared space. Washroom is shared with 2 other rooms. + Free laundry and dryer, with detergent included. Laundry machine is shared with other guests and my family. + Free parking spaces available on premise. + Bedroom door has number keypad for security. Room size is exactly as depicted in the photos. Amenities near our house: + 3 minute walk to the Islington Station. You can take the subway east to reach downtown Toronto (25 - 35 minutes), or west to Kipling station. From Kipling, you can reach Missisauga and the airport by buses. + Airport is 12 minutes drive from our house. The Union Station/CN Tower is 15-20 minutes drive. + Right on Bloor St, there are groceries stores (Sobeys), pubs, restaurants with different cuisines, and pharmacies near by. + Other nearby amenities such as Costco, No Frills, Ikea, Sherway Garden Mall or Cineplex cinema are also 5-7 minutes drive away. + Nice nature is easily reached, with Toronto Lakeshore waterfront, High Park, Humber River trails, and Islington Golf Club between 5-15 minutes drive away, all easily reached through subway and buses. Guest access Check in instructions and door code to you 1 day before arrival through the app. Your room is private and you will have a numkey to lock. The washroom is shared with 2 other rooms. Kitchen, dining room and backyards are shared with 3 rooms, including my family. The laundry machine is shared with the other room, as well as my family, so we will be in the space. Free parking is available on premise, please let us know when booking if you need it! During your stay I want my guests to be as comfortable as possible during the stay, so I usually give my guest spaces. We are also very happy to greet you as well! Our family is usually available during the day, so do not hesitate to contact us through the app, phone or text if you need anything! Other things to note Additional rules: + Check in at 3-10PM and out at 11AM. If you need to modify the hours, please ask us in advanced. We cannot promise that it will be possible but we will try our best to accomodate your needs. + Please report any damages immediately. + Non registered guests and visitors are not allowed to access the premises. Please let us know in advance if your relatives need to visit! + No pets are allowed in the unit. + No smoking in the property, including (but not limited to): cigarettes, tobacco, cigars, pipes, cigarillos, cannabis, marijuana, weed, vapes, any controlled substance, etc… + As this is a peaceful neighborhood, we kindly request that all guests to respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Outside of quiet hours, there may be normal noise such as showering or kitchen activity, etc.
