Large house with an old character, located in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal, a typical and lively district of Montreal. Fully equipped, our house is warm and pleasant to live in. It has large rooms and a shaded courtyard ideal for relaxing in the evening or during the day. All daily amenities are within walking distance (supermarket, grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, metro station). A home available for short or long stays. The space Our house is our living space during the year. We only rent it in the summer for short and long stays. It's an old house on two floors, typical of the neighborhood. It includes, on the ground floor, a very large living room, a dining room open to the kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing area. The ground floor always remains cool in summer, which is very valuable on hot days. The backyard, where you can eat and relax, also offers a very popular shaded space of tranquility. The three bedrooms and the office are upstairs with a full bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer a queen bed or bedroom 3 a double bed as well as storage spaces. Bedding is provided. There is also a futon in the office that can be used as an extra bed for a guest (double bed). Guest access The house is fully at your disposal, however this is our usual place of residence so some cabinets and shelves are occupied by our personal belongings.
