The space We provide fresh sheets and towels and enough soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, and coffee to get you started. We do not provide beach towels. Please do not take bath towels to the lake. The entire home and yard is for your enjoyment and relaxation with the exception of one linen closet and the garage. These two spaces are not accessible to guests and are for the owners use only. The location of this home is ideal, it is near the end of a dead end street, making the setting quiet and peaceful. Enjoy the occasional visiting deer, and regular bird song. It is -Less then 3 miles to I-75 -2.1 miles to the city of Corbin -19 miles to Cumberland falls. -1.1 mile to 312 Laurel bridge recreation Boat Ramp and the Three Sisters (parking pass required) -7.1 miles to Flatwoods Boat Ramp (parking pass required) -8 miles to Hightop Boat Ramp (parking pass required) -16 miles to the white sandy beach at the Laurel River Spillway. -18 miles to Holly Bay Marina (where you can rent house, or pontoon boats) We have a long paved driveway for several vehicles to park and/or a boat, in front of the house along the road is also available. Our Airbnb is newly remodeled with all new furnishings. Both living rooms have reclining leather couches and 60” TVs. The TVs are Roku smart TVs you can sign into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney etc. The two living rooms which can be separated by closing the doors are ideal for guests who want to be involved with different activities. The kitchen is fully stocked with waterless pots and pans, baking sheet, food storage containers, toaster, blender, 3 types of coffee makers- an espresso machine, Keurig machine & drip. And dishes, silverware mugs & glasses. The Master bedroom has a bathroom attached with a full size tub/shower, double sink vanity. There is a ceiling fan above queen size bed and the room has a comfortable reading chair and a large closet. The other two bedrooms also have queen size beds, and closets. The fourth bedroom has a desk, chair and two bunkbeds and a closet. The second bathroom has a full size tub/shower combo and a single vanity sink. The third bathroom is a 1/2 bath with a toilet and sink. The front porch is covered, perfect for watching those summer storms and fireflies. The back porch has a patio table and chairs and several umbrellas (please put umbrellas down when not in use so the wind doesn’t damage them) and a gas bbq. We have an outdoor sink/fish cleaning station under the shade of the trees near the drive way. Just hook up the garden hose when you want to use it. Guest access You will have the entire home and front/back yards to yourselves with the exception of the garage and one linen closet, these are private and for the owners use only. Other things to note We are happy to share our home with you and your family and appreciate you respecting our home and neighborhood by: Not smoking, or vaping in the house. Not bringing pets on the premises. Bringing your own beach towels, our towels are not to leave the home. Not exceeding the 8 guest limit. Not driving or parking on our lawn And taking care of our furniture and furnishings. Letting us know about any broken or damaged items.
