Please note that access does not include the stairs going down from the main verandah, particularly when guests are staying in the downstairs accommodation. Please also note that there is no BBQ available. Other things to note Less than 2 minutes walk to Taylors Point Baths, a secluded 15 metre by 2 metre netted swimming area on the eastern foreshore of Pittwater, featuring calm waters perfect for leisurely swimming. Life jackets are provided for kayak use. Please note that there may be guests staying in the downstairs apartment during your stay. We request that all guests remove their shoes whilst in the house. Please note that there is no BBQ available. Please note that there are ongoing building works next door, which are temporary and vary day-to-day. Some days are very quiet, and on others there may be construction noise during standard working hours.
