It is forbidden to bring amplification systems into the complex and hold DJ parties on the roof. It is strictly forbidden to smoke of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars and vaping) inside the cabin. Smoking is allowed in the external areas of the property only (in the courtyards and on the territory of the complex). Please be sure to use the ashtrays designated for this purpose. Rules for using the pool: Use is at your sole responsibility. Do not allow children to stay without close adult supervision. Please refrain from having meals in the pool area. Charging and refunding VAT (value added tax): The total price displayed by Airbnb already automatically includes the additional VAT for Israeli guests (may appear as "tourism tax"). Only guests who are tourists holding a B2, B3, B4, or Diplomatic entry visa to Israel (accepted at passport control) are eligible for a full refund of the VAT paid.
