Nature Retreat with Private Pool The space Casa do Escorregadoiro is located in Ferreira, parish of São Cristóvão de Nogueira, in the municipality of Cinfães. Its location allows you to enjoy a privileged view over the Douro valley and the adjacent mountains. The house has two floors, on the lower floor there is the bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. The top floor is an open space with the kitchen and living room, with a TV and a sofa where two children can sleep. The entire house has abundant natural light. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso) and all essential utensils. Towels, hairdryer and bed linen are available. As an alternative, to prepare your meals there is Coberto - an annex with an outdoor barbecue. You can also enjoy your meal there as this space includes a table and benches, as well as a kitchen counter with a dishwasher. Guests have free access to the property's swimming pool. The House also has internet, air conditioning and private parking. There are also excellent restaurant options, where you can taste the region's typical cuisine. Cinfães is part of the Route of the Romanesque, “A Route founded on the memories of the Romanesque, which invites you to an inspiring journey to places with History, matured in a land forged in green, full of knowledge and flavors.” It is characterized by being a transition region between the provinces of Douro and Beiras, where you will find the riverside environments of Douro, Bestança and Paiva, alongside the mountainous landscapes of Serra do Montemuro. Land for good walks and cycling routes, or simply taking a well-deserved break to relax in the lagoons and crystal-clear water courses. The property is 5 km from the Douro River and 7 km from the town of Cinfães, the county seat, where you can visit the Main Church, its beautiful garden, and the Serpa Pinto Museum.
