One of the most extensive remodels in all the Northstar original condo developments with a beautiful modern kitchen, washer dryer, steam shower, heated floors, BBQ, wood burning fireplace, beautiful cherry hardwood floors. Decks off both the Master Bedroom and Living Room which overlook the Aspen Grove behind the condo. Plus all the amenities one would expect from a top of the line condo including; a high definition Mini LED TV home entertainment system, surround sound, DVD/PS2 Docking Station, DVD library, high speed internet, Printer, Gourmet Kitchen with new GE Profile Cooktop, wine fridge, comfortable beds, wonderful linens and towels, washer dryer, August Keypad lock, portable baby crib. Take advantage of the Northstar Property Owners Association Club at the Village which includes: pools, hot tubs, workout room, massage, kids entertainment center, snack bar, etc. Check out the NPOA website for pictures and details. Golf Course is just down the street. Please note, The condo is not available for an entire "Ski Lease" since I use it with the kids during the off weeks and weekends. I suggest purchase third-party travel insurance, particularly in the winter months. There’s also a couple beach chairs, umbrella (across from W/D) and snow toys on the deck off the MBR. Plus a yoga mat to get your morning routine in as the sun rises over the Aspen trees and light shines into the Living Room! Other things to note Pet friendly but sorry, no cats..... I suggest guest purchase 3rd party travel insurance, particularly in the winter months. Plenty of parking, some snow toys and on demand Northstar Village and NPOA shuttle (although there are parking passes so you can drive to the club). There is a land line and printer. Bring paper! Gated access to parking and August keypad lock to front door. I will provide codes upon reservation. Plenty of firewood - bring fire starter sticks. They work best. (There are some in the cabinet off the main deck but you never know!) Snow removal in the parking lot and the stairs is handled by the condo assn. There is also a snow shovel on the deck. Northstar is known for downhill biking in the summer. Lift tickets available in the Village. If you're not really familiar with the trail behind the complex don't try and ski back. Take the shuttle. (Don't park in the NPOA lot and go skiing for the day!) There are Guest Passes that allow entry and parking at the NPOA Rec Center while using the Rec Center but DO NOT PARK in the lot for skiing access. (I may get a big fine!) The Rec Center (NPOA) has imposed a $10/day guest fee for people over 5 and a towel fee of $2. (just bring some of the beach towels from the condo) Have fun! Registration Details STR22-4790
