Apartment is centrally located and is close to everything you'll need - grocery, cafe & restaurants, historical buildings, the beach is a 10 min walk away. Upon arrival you'll receive a card to open the gates of a nearby parking. Upon arrival guests have to pay the local city tax which is 2.5€ per person per night. The city tax is not already included in the nightly rate. Please be aware of the no smoking rule in the apartment. If you break the rule you will be charged a fine of 50€. Other things to note Upon arrival each guest is required by law to pay a city tax which is 2.5€ per person per night. Late check out is not possible due to our cleaning crew schedule so we politely ask that the apartment is ready for the cleaning crew at 11.10 the latest. If guests do not respect the check out time any additional costs made by the late check out will be charged to the guest.
