Quiet and Cozy Lake Isle Cabin

You will love this sunny 1 bedroom cottage at the top of the hill! Only 45 min West of Edmonton, this will become your peaceful escape. Spend your days on the front porch watching the world pass by, or on the back deck sunbathing in privacy. Delight in a walk to the nearby park, a game of golf, or read a book listening to the birds singing. You can go fishing, boating, kayaking, or swimming in the lake only a 5 minutes walk. Take your furry companions on a nice walk along the pathways. The space Enjoy a fully furnished living space with a pull-out double sofa with memory foam topper for your kids’ comfort, while you have the privacy of your own queen sized bedroom. Primary guest must be 25 or older! We welcome 4 legged guests also, thus this property is not suitable for guests with allergies. Wake up and cook your breakfasts in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with a fridge, stove, microwave, plates, utensils, cups, glasses, and a coffee maker. We provide coffee, tea, and basic spices for your cooking needs. There is a BBQ on the back deck along with a firepit in the back that has a cooking grate on top. Front deck lounger or front yard sunning. For rainy days, there are board games and movies available. Wireless internet and Smart TV with Guest access to your own Prime/Netflix account. Guest access You have the entire cabin to yourself, front, back and road-side yard. The garage is the only inaccessible area for guests. You will receive your unique access code and there are exterior motion activated lights at night. For your safety, there are exterior-only security cameras. Other things to note Hot tub is available with prior notice (quick text a couple of hours in advance or at check in to ensure water is balanced), can be used anytime between 7am and 10pm. Hot tub is located next door in the owners' yard, and is private and quiet. Robes, towels and slippers are provided. Drinking and vaping is allowed, but please no food, glassware or cigarettes/joints (for safety and cleanliness). Please pay special attention when driving onto the property, to ensure you do not run over our robot lawn mower Lawny.
