Completely renovated farmhouse in the countryside

Recently renovated farmhouse. It is located in a hamlet open to the forest. Our house is spacious and suitable for large families as well as reunions for several couples. It is equipped to accommodate in a winter atmosphere with its large living room dining room illuminated by a beautiful fireplace as in summer with its large garden. You will find a haven of peace in the forest of Rambouillet, a few minutes from Gazeran station which serves Versailles & Paris in 20 and 35 minutes. The space The house has been renovated over the past 5 years. All the window and door frames were replaced in 2023. The house is very bright summer and winter, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. The house consists of: - On the garden level, all on one level: an entrance leading to the kitchen, a bedroom (bed 160 cm wide), a bathroom, a toilet and a large living room/dining room with fireplace. - Upstairs: a large landing/playroom, a shower room with toilet, a children's bedroom, a double bedroom (140 cm bed), a double bedroom (180 cm bed) and a dormitory (two 80x200 cm bunk beds). You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the locked closets used for storing our personal belongings. This is our everyday home, and it is equipped like a family home. We don't have a TV. For short stays (less than one week), I do not empty all the cupboards in the bedrooms and the kitchen. Storage space is available in every bedroom. A tall storage cabinet is also available in the kitchen. Some closets in the house remain "private". In summer, although sheets are provided and the beds are made, towels are not provided. Daily maintenance of the pool is the responsibility of the tenant during summer rentals. Outside, you will find everything you need to enjoy the garden: armchairs, lounge chairs, a plancha grill, etc. The pool is only open in summer and has a filtration system and a pump. However, it must be maintained and treated daily, and we cannot guarantee that there will be no problems with the water depending on use, maintenance and weather. Our accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. For your safety and the protection of the property, an outdoor surveillance camera is installed at the entrance. It only records arrivals at the house. Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the closets reserved for the storage of our personal belongings. However, storage space is available in each room. A storage column is also available in the kitchen. The freezer cabinet as well as some cupboards in the house remain "private". The pool is reopened in the summer and has a filtration system, but it must be maintained and treated on a daily basis, and we cannot guarantee that there will be no water problems following use, maintenance, and weather. Other things to note Gazeran train station is a 10-minute drive away. There are 3 free parking lots, and you can reach By TER (Navigo Pass access) - Rambouillet (4 minutes) - Versailles (23 minutes) - Paris Montparnasse (39 minutes) By TER The line serves all TER stations from Paris to Chartres.
