Wake up to the sound of bird song at the Barn. The Barn is a detached building with a studio apartment on the first floor. It has one double bed, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette with fridge and combi oven. Downstairs is a garage space with table tennis. The garden has direct access over the gate into common land and woodland connecting to the footpath network. The Barn is set in the grounds of my cottage and shares a drive and parking area. The space The ground floor of the Barn is lockable and can be used for bikes, motorbikes and water sports kit. Guest access There is plenty of parking outside the Barn. Guests are welcome to explore the garden or sit out if weather permits. There is an EV charger which can be used by arrangement. Other things to note Dogs are very welcome at the Barn. They are free to run in the 3 acres of garden. Because of the location we have access to miles of off-road walks. During the summer restaurants and foodie pubs can get fully booked so I would recommend booking ahead
