You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party. Other things to note The nearest public car park is located a 2-minute walk away on Longsmith Street and is chargeable at GBP £8 per day. The Hotel requires guests to have an official form of identification upon arrival, for security purposes. Without a valid form of photo identification; the Hotel are permitted to refuse the Reservation entry. The lead guest must be aged 18 years or older. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to check-in, if it is not the Booker checking in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of up to £500.00 is required on arrival. This will be frozen as pending by credit card. The amount should be released back into Guests' funds within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
