Swallow's Nest Barn

Perfect rustic retreat just 4 miles from the charming book town of Hay-on-Wye. Nestled in nature, with stunning views of the Herefordshire countryside, but within easy reach of the town (just over 5 minutes drive into Hay). Swallow's Nest Barn is the perfect place to stay as a couple or by yourself when visiting the area. The space Swallow's Nest Barn is a quirky and characterful studio barn conversion, set within a small complex of 4 barn conversions (myself, my husband and our 3 children live in one of the barns). We have lovely neighbours and it is a very safe and relaxing spot! The barn backs onto a small paddock of around 1/2 acre with fruit trees and wonderful views over the countryside. We provide outdoor seating, a bbq and fire bowl for you to enjoy the outdoor area (when weather permits!). The paddock is a work in progress and might sometimes share it with us doing a spot of gardening! Guest access Swallow's Nest Barn is a private space for our guests to enjoy, within a small development of 4 barn conversions. There is parking space for one car, please park in the space right next to the barn. Please respect our neighbours, drive slowly on the track and keep noise to a minimum in later hours. Other things to note Please note that there is no charging point for an electric vehicle at the property. There are charging points at the main car park in Hay-on-Wye (a few miles away).
