Great house with garden and heated swimming pool

Take a vacation in Oslo and stay in our cozy family home. The house has 3 floors. On the 1st floor you will find a spacious entrance hall, a very well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room full of books and a dining room with access to a very undisturbed garden with heated swimming pool of 8x4 meters (1.50 deep). In the garden we have a cozy garden room with sofa and dining table, a barbecue area and table tennis table. Three bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor, with exit to the terrace. Basement living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with sauna in the basement. The space The house is located in a quiet area with small houses on Risløkka, close to Bjerkebanen. The house has an inviting and modern interior, it has a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room with a tiled stove, sofa and TV, and a dining room with access to the garden. There is a short distance from the kitchen to the garden and garden room, and right outside the living room is our favorite place, a cozy corner with morning sun where we like to enjoy breakfast in our two good chairs. We have a very undisturbed and pleasant garden with a heated swimming pool of 8x4 meters (1.50 deep), a cozy garden room with sofa and dining table, barbecue area and table tennis table. On the 2nd floor of the house there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower, hallway and three bedrooms, two of which have access to a terrace with morning sun. The largest bedroom has a large double bed, the second a 120 cm bed, and the third bedroom is a children's room (boy 9 years) with a built-in single bed. In the basement there is a bathroom with shower and sauna and two bedrooms. The smallest bedroom has a 120 cm bed and the largest is a combined bedroom, office and basement room with double bed (can easily be turned into two single beds). In the basement there is also TV + X-box. The house has a fast internet connection (500 MBit) and two workplaces available if you need to work from here. TV provider is Altibox, and there is cromecast on both TVs + X-box in the basement living room. The nearest shops and gas station are only a few hundred meters away. There are buses to Oslo city center every 5 min during rush hour. About 10 min walk to the bus and about 20 min to Oslo S. Several cozy cafes and restaurants nearby and about 15 min walk to the nearest mall. Easy parking outside the house, and guest parking in the parking lot by the road. Please note that this is a family home. You can borrow toys and things on site when you visit, but we expect you to take good care of them. Guest access The whole house. Note: this is a family home and although we have cleared space for you guests, most of our belongings and things are in the house - we expect you to take good care of them and that you respect our house rules. Other things to note In August 2025, the minimum number of days for tenancies is 5 days. Otherwise it is 3 days
