A detached house and a yard sauna close to the center. In the yard, there is a trampoline, toys, and a playhouse, among other things. A peaceful location, with the opportunity to take a dip in the water nearby along the trail. A playground and a sand field are just around the corner. The distance to the center is about 1 km. By separate arrangement, there is the possibility of a farm visit at Koivistonpiha, less than a 10-minute drive away. Private petting sessions with the animals can also be booked for an additional fee. The space Over 100 m2 on three different floors. On the middle floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, and one bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a crib. The kitchen and living room are almost an open-plan space. There is an air source heat pump and a fireplace in the living room. In the bathroom, there is a shower and an electric sauna, which was built in the basement in 2010; the laundry room has underfloor heating. There is a low staircase and paving on the access route to the laundry room. The height of the laundry room is approx. 190 cm. Upstairs, there is a second toilet and three bedrooms (one is accessed through the other bedrooms). Upstairs, there are 6 beds measuring 80x200 cm and one children's bed. Plenty of room in the backyard for outdoor activities and play. An outbuilding with a wood-fired sauna and changing rooms. There is no running water in the yard sauna. You can easily wash in the house bathroom, which can be accessed directly from the outside via the terrace (in addition to the indoor route), or by carrying water. The wood for the sauna is included in the rent. Guest access By separate agreement, guests have the opportunity to visit our own farm, less than a 10-minute drive from Valkeakoski, free of charge. There are sheep, chickens, rabbits, horses, a cat, and a dog to see. There is also the option to book private petting sessions with the animals.
