IN JULY *Pool can be heated at a cost. The space This Villa is located in the prestigious Las Brisas guarded community. With its un-obstructed views of Acapulco bay and the Roqueta Island, you will be truly impressed with the clean, minimalist architecture and decoration of your private villa. ***2 extra bed rooms are available, one with king size bed and one with 2 queen beds, each with full bathroom for $200.00 a night per bed room; Bringing the total to 7 Bedrooms.*** The pool can be heated at an extra cost of 1000 pesos per day, payed directly to the manager of the villa. If more than 8 guests are staying at the house, an extra waiter and chef helper will need to be payed by the renter at a cost of 500 pesos per person per day (1000 pesos total per day). From 8 people you have to hire a kitchen assistant and a waiter, this is paid by the client and it costs 600 pesos each per day. The pool can be heated, the cost is 1000 pesos per day. Guest access This Villa is located in the prestigious Las Brisas guarded community, where you will have free access to the Las Brisas club, where you can reserve one of the 3 tennis courts (cost applies) or a paddle tennis court, a restaurant and a bar, you can also use the semi olympic swimming pool and your kids will love the water slide. There is also a small private beach for las brisas residents, that is a 5 minute walk from your luxurious Villa.
