Stunningly crafted, Barcoo Guesthouse is 7 mins from historic Korumburra, 16 mins from the Loch Village and 57 mins drive from Wilsons Promontory National Park. Guests love the simplicity of this space... a mezzanine bedroom, nestled on a 20 acre estate, the perfect place to curl up and gaze out the bedroom window at the view. The South Gippsland wine, food and adventure region are at your doorstep. With a list of recommendations at your disposal you’ll have an array of options depending on your preferences. A tasting paddle of Cider from Gurneys, Pinot Noir from Gippsland Wine Company, bike ride along the famous Great Southern Rail Trail, round of golf at Leongatha Golf Club or a hike at Wilson’s Promontory, the options are endless. The Guesthouse shares the property with the Farmhouse that is approximately 50m away. Architecturally designed and built from Colorbond, concrete, Laminex in Possum and Tasmanian Oak floors. You'll sleep in a mezzanine bedroom hanging above the living, dining, kitchen area and a separate bathroom and laundry. The lounge area has a Koala sofa bed for extra guests. We recommend 1 adult on the sofa bed, or 2 children. Guest access You have the entire Guesthouse to yourselves, and unless you have pre-arranged a mid stay clean with us (for longer bookings), no one will have access to the Guesthouse but you. Other things to note For all bookings we offer complimentary fresh sourdough, milk and butter, jam, Bevs coffee and Love Tea. We also offer Friday Night Happy Hour to guests staying for a weekend getaway including Brewers Orchard Cider, Gippsland Wine Company Pinot Noir and Nibbles. Please feel free to pick fresh produce from the garden during your stay.
