The space This is 350 sq ft. efficiency style studio guesthouse attached to the garage. You will see there are no dividing walls separating your living area with your bedroom. From the cabinets to the bathroom vanity, we custom-made this space with you in mind. Outside, you will find a fire pit with seating for your enjoyment as well as a picnic table for your use under the big oak. Guest access You will have the entire guest house to yourself as well as the outdoor seating areas. You will have plenty of privacy and space for you to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note We ask that you do not feed our livestock, but you are welcome to admire them along with the green house and garden!
