Guest access This unit is part of an up/down duplex but the home is private and self-contained and guests have private access to the unit with keyless entry. Most guests enjoy a quiet and independent stay. Other things to note This home is part of an up/down duplex. The laundry room is shared with the upstairs apartment but each unit has its own washer + dryer, (no coin op and no waiting) so you’ll only occasionally cross paths with upstairs neighbors when doing laundry or taking out trash.
