Beach house-Maranduba-Ubatuba

Our house is 800 meters from Sape beach in Maranduba-Ubatuba. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen (equipped with kitchen utensils and a microwave), air conditioning in the bedrooms (it is programmed to work from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m., if you try to turn it on outside these hours it will not work). In the barbecue area there is a freezer and a washing machine, shower, 3 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, garage for 2 cars. Come stay with us and bring your 4-legged friend, they are super welcome The space We have air conditioning only in the bedrooms, the same (as already described in the ad, it has a timer that works from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m., if you try to turn it on outside these hours it will not work). In the first bedroom we have a double bed, a bunk bed and a single double mattress, in bedroom 2 we have: 2 bunk beds and 2 single mattresses. In the living room there is a wall fan. We have all the utensils in the kitchen (dish/cup/cutlery/pots/blender/microwave and 1 cake pan) in the barbecue area we have a freezer, wall fan, a beautiful wooden table, a bathroom, and a washing machine. We have 2 parking spaces in the garage that fit 2 popular model cars, but if you have more cars, there is no problem leaving them in front of the house, the neighborhood is super quiet, most of the houses are residents. We are 800 meters from Sapê beach, and 3 minutes (by car) from Maranduba beach (here we call it the little center)
