High location overlooking meadow and sea. A larger house and two guest houses with beds for 10 people. Several patios and a private jetty. In front of the houses is a large meadow/common perfect for games and activities. There are tennis nets, soccer balls, and kubb. We also have darts, board games and ping-pong nets/rackets. To the island, you can only get there on your own boat or boat taxi (gulabaten.se - costs about SEK 1,000) and takes about 4 minutes from Spillersboda. During the summer, the house is not rented for less than 3 nights. The space House 1 - 80 sqm Kitchen, living room, TV room and dining area in an open plan with access to patios on both the front and back. The kitchen has both an electric stove and a wood-burning stove and a dishwasher. A smaller bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed. A simple bathroom with shower and sink. A water toilet (composting solution) with sink. Glazed outdoor room for cozy evenings. House 2 - 20 sqm. Open floor plan, one room with one 140 bed and two 90 beds. Small kitchenette with fridge and two hotplates. Washing machine available. Outdoor shower is connected to house 2. House 3 - 10 sqm. Double bed 1.80, dresser and clothes hanger. Toilets - Combustion toilet in an outer shed. - Outhouse in the shed - Water toilet (compost solution) in the big house Neither the incineration toilet nor the toilet in the big house (compost solution) is good for pee. Urinating is best done outdoors or in the outhouse. Other things to note Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 200 per person. Cleaning; there is no cleaning company nearby. The guest cleans before departure and leaves all spaces in the same condition as upon arrival. If this is not followed, a cleaning fee of SEK 3,000 will be applied. Caution with water consumption due to low water level in the Stockholm Archipelago.
