The space 3 night minimum P/H weekends 6 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1- 1 QB, 2 SB in adjoining sunroom. Bedroom 2- 1 QB 3 SB Bedroom 3- 1 QB 2 SB Bedroom 4- 1 DB Bedroom 5- 1 DB, 1 SB Bedroom 6 -1 QB, (located in enclosed verandah near entrance door). Bedroom 7 -not available. Linen charges now apply. $12 per bed. linen will be left on bed for guest to make up. Minimum $300 p/n for up to 6 guests. Extra guests $50 pp Other things to note Dirt road access, approx. 17.5 Kms. not regularly graded. Beware of Kangaroos and wildlife when travelling in the country. Pergola area contains a 4-burner flat hotplate BBQ and a Pot belly fireplace. Firewood, split red-gum can be supplied, $30 per wheelbarrow load. Message us to organise wood with the supplier. It will not be supplied unless contact made, and a few days notice is required thanks. It is a large stone home with no heating in the bedrooms. I recommend to bring own heated throw or heat packs.
