The distribution of the space is diaphanous, which means that there are no major divisions between areas, providing a feeling of spaciousness and fluidity. The bedroom, located in the open-plan space, has a double bed designed to accommodate two people. The bathroom is right next to it and is equipped with a walk-in shower for added comfort. The layout of these elements suggests an efficient and functional distribution of space. The kitchen, adjacent to the bathroom, is equipped with essentials such as a coffee maker, extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, iron and microwave. A table with four chairs provides a suitable place to enjoy meals and dinners, suggesting a space conducive to socialising. Fully equipped, the apartment includes bed linen, towels and amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. It is important to note that, for hygienic reasons, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea are not provided. It is worth noting that the double bed is located in a mezzanine, (stressing that the height of the bed to the ceiling could be low, please note when booking) which is accessed via a staircase. The living room is spacious and has a comfortable sofa, providing additional space to relax and enjoy leisure time. The presence of a lift facilitates access to the place. Additionally, the place has two balconies with artificial grass floor. One of the balconies is furnished with a table and two chairs, creating a pleasant space to enjoy the fresh air and have a hot coffee. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat).
