Located on the 4th floor of a charming beachfront building, this condo offers breathtaking views of the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Out the front of the building you will be delighted with the pink lagoons and flamingoes. The space Step onto the private balcony and feel the ocean breeze as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy a romantic sunset with your loved ones. Inside, the condo features a bright and airy living space with comfortable furnishings and coastal-inspired decor. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals using fresh local produce. After a day of sun-soaked adventures, retire to one of two cozy bedrooms. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves crashing against the shore and wake up refreshed and rejuvenated for another day in paradise. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this oceanfront condo in San Crisanto is the perfect home base for your Mexican getaway. At this time there is noise from both sides of the condo with construction close to the condo. Guest access A large pool is shared amongst the condos. If bringing drinks to the pool please make sure you use plastic or cans. There are two bathrooms available for use by the pool area (please bring down your own toilet paper as there may not be any). There is a bocce court and other games to play between the pool and ocean. Other things to note You must be able to use the stairs as there currently is NO WORKING ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING . There is construction one lot over from the condo and there is also construction two lots over so there will be construction noise. It is advised that guests have a vehicle at their disposal as San Crisanto is a small fishing village and large stores and groceries are not available in this area. It would be a good idea to shop for groceries in Merida or Progreso before coming to San Crisanto as there are only small stores with basic groceries in the area.
