Attic room in female roommate

The room is on the 2nd floor of a shared house where we share the kitchen and bathroom. The house is for women only, for the safety of my daughters. The house is electro-sanitized: the "wifi" goes through a cable. I provide accessories to plug in your phone or laptop. All communicating objects must be used in airplane mode. The house is eco-friendly, wooden, passive, bioclimatic. The house has 7 bedrooms: 3 for me and my children, 4 for rent. The suite has its own shower room, the other bedrooms share a large bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and bath. Several tenants are not very present, my eldest comes home from university 2 days a month, the youngest is only present every other week, so there is never a line in front of the bathroom and the house is very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped (except microwave for health reasons). There is an oven, 4 gas hobs and 2 glass-ceramic hobs, dishwasher. Each also has a private shelf, a fridge section and a freezer section. All utensils and spices are available, you must not bring any. I also have sheets, towels, etc. There are 2 cats. They spend the day sleeping in the house and the night outside. They love to sneak into bedrooms. They are very kind. I speak French and a little English. Guest access In addition to your bedroom, you will have access to the dining room, kitchen, toilet, garden, bathroom. The other bedrooms, laundry room and attic are private. There are 3 private parking spaces in front of the house. Sometimes it's not enough, I'll explain where and how to park elsewhere in the village. To get there, it's simple: from the Luxembourg-Brussels highway, exit 32, direction Messancy. After 1.5 km, turn left towards Hondelange, then continue on the road to number 21. During your stay I live on site. Everyone can meet around the table in the evening. Other things to note I am electro-hyper-sensitive, every connected device makes me sick. In the house, you have to put everything in airplane mode and use Ethernet cables instead of Wi-Fi. Some devices (especially Apple) are recalcitrant, but I always find a solution. The house is eco-friendly. Almost 100% wood, with rainwater harvesting for toilets, laundry, composting, vegetable garden, solar panels, raw earth, and it is passive (so insulated that there is no need for heating in winter or air conditioning in summer)!
