A restful house in Morelos

Visit our nice and comfortable house with A/C and enjoy a few days of rest. The pool is heated. Excellent option to attend an event because we are very close to gardens for social events, such as: Rincón Dorado, Piedra Alta, Los Naranjos, Hda SnAntonio, 5ta Rubelinas, Rojo Azafrán and others. Just 20 minutes from downtown Cuerna and 3 minutes from Tec de Monterrey, also close to spas and just 15 minutes from Jardines de México. There is an Oxxo just 2 minutes away and Chedraui 10 minutes away. The space The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen and utensils, living room, dining room, laundry area with washing machine, terrace with living room and game table, two comfortable bedrooms, the first with a double bed and full bathroom and the other with two double beds as well as a beautiful view in the roof garden where you can enjoy a roast meat since we have a grill tables and chairs as well as a half bathroom for your comfort. The house is very comfortable to share with friends or family. The house is located within a private community with 24-hour surveillance and a parking space. Guest access Pool, splash pad, palapa, green areas and barbecue. Other things to note The house is located within a private community with 24 houses, the pool is therefore shared, however the private community is never full, because it is a new subdivision and the houses are for rest, it is difficult for the houses to be inhabited all at the same time on a weekend. The influx of people is usually very low.
