Welcome to our family villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious open floor plan & secluded garden in the best sunny location with terrace for lovely barbecue evenings and child-friendly plot - stay with only a 5-minute walk to commuter trains that take you in 24 minutes to central Stockholm or 15 minutes by car. Proximity to both swimming & nature. A perfect vacation home for the family or couple who want to be close to Stockholm but still feel the tranquility of nature. The minimum rental period is 7 days. /Finnsson Family The space Villa on two floors. Space for two cars on the driveway to the house. On the entrance floor there is a large hall, a bedroom with a 120 cm bed and workplace, adjacent bathroom with shower walls, living room with sofa, TV and video games (Playstation) and spacious laundry room. Upstairs, there is a large kitchen with open floor planning towards the living room. In the kitchen, there is a dining area for 4 people overlooking the neighborhood. Living room with lovely light from large windows and views of the garden. Fireplace for cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. TV. Bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and another bedroom with single bed (90 cm). Bathroom with bathtub. Large dining room with room for 8 seated guests. Adjacent to the dining room and living room is a glassed-in patio for bright warm evenings, from here you can get out to the terrace in a sheltered south-facing location. Barbecue facilities. Large nice garden plot in a secluded location with plenty of room for play and running. Large trampoline. There is also a playhouse that is appreciated by the little ones. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa. However, the garage will be locked for our private belongings that we are a little extra careful about. Other things to note The villa is our private permanent residence, which means that some of our personal belongings will remain in the house. We maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and comfort, and make sure that the house is fresh and well-maintained for each guest. The beds are always freshly made with fresh linens that are intended only for you who rent the villa. The same applies to bath towels and hand towels, which you are free to borrow for the duration of your stay. A warm welcome!
