Welcome to our family villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious open floor plan & private garden in the best sun position with balcony for lovely barbecue evenings and child-friendly plot - stay with only 5 min walk to commuter train that takes you in 24 min to central Stockholm or 15 min by car. Proximity to both swimming & nature. A perfect holiday home for the family or couple who want to be close to Stockholm but still feel the tranquility of nature. Minimum rental period is 7 days. /The Finnsson family The space Villa on two floors. Room for two cars in driveway to the house. On the ground floor there is a large hallway, a bedroom with a 120 cm bed and workspace, adjacent bathroom with shower walls, living room with sofa, TV and video games (Playstation) and spacious laundry room. Upstairs is reached a large kitchen with open floor planning towards the living room. In the kitchen is a dining area for 4 people overlooking the neighborhood. Living room with lovely light from large windows and views of the garden. Fireplace for cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. TV. Bedroom with double bed (160 cm) as well as another bedroom with single bed (90 cm). Bathroom with bathtub. Large dining room with seating for 8 seated guests. Adjacent to the dining room and living room is a glassed-in patio for bright warm evenings, from here you can get out to the terrace in a sheltered south facing position. BBQ facilities. Large nice garden plot in a secluded location with plenty of room for play and running. Large trampoline. There is also a playhouse that is appreciated by the little ones. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa. However, the garage will be locked for our private belongings that we are a little extra careful about. Other things to note The villa is our private permanent residence, which means that some of our personal belongings will remain in the house. We maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and comfort, and make sure the house is fresh and tidy before each guest. The beds are always freshly made with fresh linens that are intended only for you who rent the villa. The same applies to bath towels and towels, which you are free to borrow for the duration of your stay. Warm welcome!
