House for a Jura getaway - Aux Vevres

Enjoy a large house with garden in the first rise of the Jura close to the vineyards and the Revermont region with family or friends. The house is located on 2500 m2 ground. It has a living room (with wifi, TV, TV box), a dining room, an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds, a large bathroom (with shower, bathtub , washing machine and dryer), two terraces (with tables and chairs). The space The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen (filter and senseo coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave/grill), a large dining room, a living room (with wifi in the entire house, TV and TV-box), a large bathroom (with shower, bathtub, washing machine and dryer), two terraces (with tables, chairs and large plancha) and a petanque field. A trampoline and 2 mini football cages and a ball are available in the garden. Our house can accommodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with a 140cm bed each and four single bunk beds in the last bedroom). Bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot and its mattress are available. Sheets for the travel cot are not provided. You will have access to the entire accommodation, with the exception of the basement/garage which is used for storage. Cars can be parked in front of the house or in the driveway. A classic electrical socket is located in the garage companionway for charging electric vehicles. Guest access The house is on one level. Guests must take an uphill driveway without stairs, then a step to enter the accommodation. Please consider this before booking. Other things to note We rather favor a family clientele, our house is ideal for 2 couples with children. Please respect for the neighborhood - parties are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used during the rental period. Reservation: Possibility to rent for the weekend (2 nights minimum) from Friday 3 p.m. to Sunday 6 p.m. Arrival and departure times can be flexible, we will agree on them together. Cleaning: The house must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you moved in. Surroundings: The house is located in a quiet street in the hamlet of Bouchaud in the town of Bersaillin. A supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and a newspaper shop are located in the town of Sellières (4 km). Several restaurants are located within a 10km radius. Several towns, tourist attractions and natural sites are within a 50 km radius: - Baume-les-Messieurs: Caves, waterfalls, hikes, Abbey - Château Châlon and its vineyard - Arc and Senans salt manufacturing - Hedgehog Waterfalls - Arbois and its vineyard - The town of Poligny - Comté cheese capital with its museum. - Lake Chalain, Lake Vouglans, Lake Clairvaux, Lake Desnes - Eagle Peak and 4 lakes view. - The Valvital thermal baths in Lons le Saunier and its casino to play - Wooden toy factory in Moirans in the mountains - “Laughing Cow” site in Lons le Saunier - The highland areas (Les Rousses, Prémanon, La Cure) - La Bresse, with the Louhans market every Monday morning with alive farm animals and its multiple fairgrounds under the town's arcades.
