House for Jura getaway - Aux Vevres

Enjoy a large house with garden in the first riser of the Jura close to the vineyards and the country of Revermont with family or friends. The house is located on a 2500 m2 lot. It has a living room (with wifi, TV, TV box), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a 140 x 190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds, a large bathroom (with shower, bathtub, washing machine and dryer), two terraces (with tables and chairs). The space We have a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker and Senseo, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave/grill), a large dining room, a living room (with wifi throughout the house), a large bathroom (with shower, bathtub, washing machine and dryer), two terraces (with tables, chairs and large plancha) and a petanque court. A trampoline and 2 mini football cages as well as a ball are available in the garden. Our house sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed each and four single bunk beds in the last bedroom). Bed linen and towels are included. A baby cot and mattress are available. Linens for the travel cot are not provided. A 2500 m2 plot with trampoline, mini soccer cage and petanque court to enjoy the outdoors. You will have access to the entire apartment except the basement/garage which is used for storage. Cars can be parked in front of the house or in the garage ramp. A conventional electrical outlet is located in the garage ramp for charging electric vehicles. Guest access The house is a single-story building. Guests must take an uphill driveway without stairs, then a step to enter the property. Please kindly take this into consideration before booking. Other things to note We prefer a family clientele, our house is ideal for 2 couples with children. Please respect the neighborhood. Parties are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used during the rental period. Booking: Possibility to rent on weekends (2 nights minimum) from Friday 3 p.m. to Sunday 6 p.m. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible, we will agree on this together. Housekeeping: The house must be returned in the same clean condition as when you entered the accommodation. Nearby: The house is located on a quiet street in the hamlet of Bouchaud in the municipality of Bersaillin. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and tobacco-press office are located in the municipality of Sellières (4 km). Several restaurants are located within a radius of 10 km.
