House for Jura getaway - Aux Vevres

Enjoy a large house with garden in the first riser of the Jura close to the vineyards and the country of Revermont with family or friends. The house is located on 2500 m2 of land. It has a living room (with wifi, TV, TV box), dining room, equipped kitchen, three bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms with a 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds, a large bathroom (with shower, bathtub, washing machine and dryer), two terraces (with tables and chairs). The space We have a fully equipped kitchen (filter and senseo coffee maker, fridge with freezer, induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave/grill), a large dining room, a living room (with wifi throughout the house), a large bathroom (with shower, bathtub, washing machine and dryer), two terraces (with tables, chairs and large plancha) and a bocce court. A trampoline and 2 mini football courses as well as a ball are available in the garden. Our house can accommodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with a 140cm bed each and four single bunk beds in the last bedroom). Lingerie and towels included. An umbrella bed and mattress are available. Umbrella bed linens are not provided. A 2500m2 lot with trampoline, mini soccer cage and pétanque court to enjoy the outdoors. You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement/garage which is used for storage. Cars can be parked in front of the house or in the garage descent. A classic electrical outlet is located in the garage descent for electric vehicle charging. Guest access The house is on one level. Guests must take a alley uphill without stairs, then a step to enter the accommodation. Please kindly take this into consideration before booking. Other things to note We prefer a family clientele instead, our home is ideal for 2 couples with children. Please respect the neighborhood. Parties are not allowed. The fireplace may not be used during the rental period. Reservation: Possibility to rent on weekends (2 nights minimum) from Friday 3pm to Sunday 6pm. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible, we will agree together. Cleaning: The house must be returned in the same clean condition as when you entered the property. Around US: The house is located on a quiet street in the hamlet of Bouchaud in the municipality of Bersaillin. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and tobacconist are located in the municipality of Sellières (4 km). Several restaurants are within a 10km radius.
