Housing in Seville's historic district

Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, you will have everything at hand. The house is located in what is known as Sevillian Soho: theater, live music, artistic spaces, bars and restaurants enliven this area of the city. I love it! Two minutes from the Basilica de la Macarena. Plaza Nueva is a 20-minute walk away. The Alameda de Hercules, and the Guadalquivir River, and the Plaza de las Setas are in the neighborhood. Private parking, wifi, Chrome Cast are available. The space The house is on the second floor, no elevator. It is very sunny, bright, and despite being in the center, the street is very quiet, there are no bars or noisy areas. The house has two bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is ideal for 3 people, but if there are 4 of you, the living room sofa is designed to be a 1.05 x 1.90 cm bed. The bedrooms are large, spacious, you have a sofa or armchair in them, shelves, cabinets, space if you want to throw the yoga mat, or do it up on the roof. The kitchen is open to the dining room, but not integrated into it, which allows both spaces to be separated. You have a dining table or if you prefer a snack while watching TV you can use the portable table. I love the bathroom, it's big, bright, I don't think there's a bathroom like that in many homes. There is a shower and plenty of room to share the shower. We have showered up to 5 friends at a time there! The palm plant in the shower doesn't mind if water falls on it, don't worry about it. But don't water it, please. The water that falls from the shower is enough. Guest access There is a common rooftop, adapted for use, with space to dine or have a snack. On the rooftop there is a small room with the washing machine. You can hang your clothes to dry on the roof if you want to wash them. Other things to note The garage is two blocks from the main house. In the house you will find the remote control and directions for parking. You will be refunded a 100 euro deposit when it is verified that you have not accidentally taken the keys to the house and garage.
