There's 24 Hour Security in the building, so you'll have to let them know what apartment you're going and all guest names. You will receive a signed form with all guest names, that you will have to provide to security in the building. Only people on the registration form will be allowed in the property area. No cable for local channels. Designated parking for Airbnb guest. You will be able to access the two pool areas and basketball, tennis, pickleball courts and playground. There is a private entrance to the beach and guests have access to it with the key that will be provided (blue key). 1 min walk to the beach.
