Please note ⚠️ you can choose to do the cleaning (all cleaning products are available in the apartment) or to entrust it to our cleaning lady by adding 40 euros to your stay. ⚠️ The entire group will have easy access to all the tourist sites of Toulois. 10-minute walk to the city center, St-Étienne Cathedral, Arsenal performance hall, train station... as well as many supermarkets. The space The apartment is equipped with duvets and sheets on all beds according to the number of people who will sleep there. A travel cot can be added upon request from guests. A washing machine is available, but detergent is not provided, it can be added for an extra charge. Bath towels are provided, as well as a body and hair shower gel. A tancarville will allow you to hang your laundry. The toilet is independent of the bathroom. A roll of toilet paper will be provided. In the kitchen, a Senseo coffee maker is available, pods can be added for an extra charge. A microwave and kettle are available. An induction cooktop and oven will allow you to cook. Sorting bins (plastic, glass and other waste are at your disposal). Dish towels, sponge, dishwashing liquid are included in the stay. Dishwasher tablets are extra. Regarding bedding, bedroom 1 and 2 are separated by a bay window + curtain. The 3rd bed is located in the living room with a sofa bed. Feel free to ask questions or give us your ideas to improve this accommodation! Guest access ⚠️we inform you that sidewalk renovation work is underway until June. We apologize for the inconvenience. The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator. You can park on the sidewalk while you unload your luggage. You will then need to park in the parking lot in front of the accommodation (Place Saint Mansuy). Spots are frequent and free. A lockbox code will be provided so that you can be autonomous in your arrival and departure. Thank you In the event that you choose to clean, you will need to return the accommodation as it was given to you upon arrival, so that other guests can use it after you. For this, in addition to the usual exit protocol, the entire apartment must be vacuumed, the floor surfaces washed (vacuum emptied at the end of use). Must be cleaned: all marks on walls, mirrors and/or windows. The inside and outside of the bathtub/sinks. The inside and outside of the toilet bowl. Surfaces used during the stay (countertop, table, coffee table,...) All appliances used (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, stove, oven). Dishes need to be washed and put away.
