The hotel is located within Derby Square which is over 100 years old & has been lovingly & completely renovated top to bottom. We offer 7 themed rooms to choose from! We've tried to think of everything you'd need for your stay from wifi, comfy beds to wireless chargers. Less than 30 minute drive from Niagara Falls & Buffalo. The space Crystal Beach entertained millions of tourists from 1888-1989. This room is full of pictures, memorabilia and artifacts from the Park and throughout the village! This suite is the largest at 500 square feet and has a balcony overlooking the corner of Derby Rd. and Erie Rd. This suite has air conditioning, a complete kitchenette, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a four-piece bath, a king bed, a pull-out couch, a fireplace, 65” and 50” TVs with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guest access Access is remote. Upon booking you'll be given an exclusive door code that will work during your stay! Hotel Philco is not a "party place". It's meant to be a fun place to stay and explore, however, we do have quiet hours, maximum occupancies and guest policies that guests will need to adhere to for the enjoyment of all of our guests. Other things to note Rooms are cleaned professionally and sheets are laundered and changed between visits. Towels and hand clothes are provided, as are extra sheets and pillows. A special note: the hotel is green and runs completely off of solar power! There is also a stocked vending machine AND each stay comes with a unique gift relating to each theme! Parking is free in the adjacent municipal parking lot.
