Delightful Hideaway Guest House Suite, King Bed

This pet-free guest suite is comfy & spacious. There is a new king bed, and the living room has an electric fireplace, a 55" TV w/ antenna & Fire Stick. Temps are controlled by the main house, so if you're cold, please use the closet heater & fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with most appliances. In summer, enjoy an outdoor fire pit & Bocci Ball set! A security camera "Ring Doorbell" monitors the door to the unit. **Due to health issues, I am exempt from having service animals in my home. The space The space is on the lower level of my home. It has a separate entrance that is accessed by descending approximately 14 stairs and following a path. There is a "Ring" doorbell for security purposes. Please don't ring the doorbell; just let yourself in using the key code provided before check-in. The unit is not child-proofed or suitable for children. Guest access Guests have access to the lower patio, fire pit, and full yard. The upstairs decks are private and used by the homeowner. Guest parking is on the left side of the driveway, and ample street parking is available. I need to be able to access the right side of the driveway to retrieve my car when it is parked in the garage. Other things to note This property does not allow pets, as the homeowner has health issues that prohibits pets in the home. She is exempt from having to accept service or support animals. * Please note: there are several stairs outside leading to the unit. It is a narrow staircase with motion lights to help you see. Please be careful if the stairs are wet and use the fence and handrail as needed. There is a security camera "Ring Doorbell" monitoring the door to the unit for added security. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not available due to cleaning schedules. We want to make sure that the unit is clean and sanitized for all of our guests. If an early check-in or late check out is requested, it will have to be pre-arranged and will be based on availability. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. There is NO smoking allowed anywhere near the property. Lastly, I understand that things happen, but if alterations are made in the middle of a stay, unfortunately those days will be forfeited and will be non-refundable. It is unlikely that another guest will book at the last minute, especially if it is mid-week. I highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to be on the safe side.
