You will have sole access to the entire home throughout your stay. Other things to note 𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐋𝐘: * A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is held on your card in the same way hotels process a deposit at check-in. The hold is renewed every 5 days (as it cannot remain active for longer), and while some banks display this as a transaction and others as a pending hold, please note it will not be charged unless there is a breach of our terms and conditions. Alternatively, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. The waiver provides coverage of up to £250 for accidental damage during your stay. Please note that it does not cover intentional damage, unauthorised activities (such as smoking or parties), excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, or loss/theft of property. * All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in. * Please message us if you require a late check out. ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY: To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost.
