The apartment has a cheerful living room with a TV, comfy sofa, and plenty of space to relax. The main bedroom has queen bed with 100% cotton sheets and comfortable bedding. There are extra pillows and blankets. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, the same high-quality bedding, and a comfortable desk for a workspace. The charming bathroom has a full-sized tub, shower, and plenty of storage. All the essentials are provided. The front porch is all yours. Hang out and enjoy small-town life. The backyard and patio are shared with the downstairs tenants. You'll be just one block from the historic George F. Johnson Park Carousel. This is one of the oldest carousels in the country, and it operates year-round. There's also a pool, playing fields, and playground-- perfect for families. Little Italy is just two blocks away, full of wonderful Italian restaurants-- you have to try Oaks End-- it's amazing. Close to groceries, diners, and all the basic amenities. The delicious Broadway Diner is just a 5 minute drive. 9 miles to the historic SUNY Binghamton, only 45 minutes from the Finger Lakes.
