Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. During your stay at The Savannah, you'll enjoy: - A King Bed & attached Private Bathroom - Work/Laptop Space - Designated cabinet & refrigerator/freezer space - Free Coffee & Tea - Bathroom cleaned every two weeks - Newly renovated house - 15 mins to DFW International Airport - 26 mins to Love Field Airport Nearby: Convention Center, 6 Flags, Design District, Cowboys & Rangers Stadium, Downtown Dallas, all within 20 minutes The space The Savannah room is situated on the first floor where it is also very quiet. There is a 40 inch Smart TV for your use to enjoy whatever entertainment platforms you have memberships (Netflix, Prime, Paramount+, etc) with. It has a private bathroom with stand up shower and an ample walk-in closet space for your clothes, shoes and other belongings. There is also a desk and chair for working remote on your laptop. Feel free to do your laundry after quiet hours (10PM-8AM) with house provided detergents. You will also enjoy your own designated refrigerator, freezer, and cabinet space. Lastly, you and the other guests of the home will have full access to the fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Area, Laundry, and Sun Room (Patio). You may see me on occasion however for the most part I am out and about during the day servicing our other properties. If you ever need anything please feel free to message me and someone (Joel, Ken, or myself) will get back to you. Guest access You'll enjoy full access to the fully equipped Kitchen, your designated refrigerator, freezer, and cabinet space, Dining, Living Area, Coffee & Tea Station, as well as the Sun Room (Patio), and Laundry Room. During your stay Someone will greet you when you arrive to show you around. Most guests are working professionals here on contracts or training and tend to keep to themselves. Feel free to interact however you feel is appropriate. You'll be able to reach myself or my other co-hosts via the chat platform on Airbnb if you happen to need assistance with anything. Other things to note Quiet hours begin at 10PM and end at 8AM. Please be courteous to the other guests and keep your voice, TV, and Music down during this time frame. Do not run laundry during quiet hours. There is a weekly cleaning of the main floors and shared bathrooms however please clean up after yourself in the kitchen (don't leave food out, dirty dishes in the sink or elsewhere. If you'd like your bed linens changed and room cleaned you can request so for $20.
