Welcome to our home, Pelican's Paradise! Come enjoy beautiful views, coffee on the balconies, & serene waters. This 2 bed/2.5 bath comfortably sleeps 8 and includes a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and 2 kayaks! It sits on the cove of Perdido Bay, providing the perfect, secluded place for families to relax, play, and paddle safely. Spend all day here, isolated and tucked away. Or take a short 5 mile drive to the Gulf beaches, parks & dining of Perdido Key! Minutes from Naval Base. The space The lower level of the unit is the carport which includes covered parking, picnic space, a grill and kayaks for your outdoor enjoyment with private water access just steps away. When you’re done enjoying the great outdoors, you will take a flight of stairs to the second level. There you will find the living room (with a pull out queen sofa bed) dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, laundry and a private balcony. Then take another flight upstairs to the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the third level. Master Suite offers a King Sized bed, en-suite bathroom and it's own private balcony. The Guest Room includes a Queen bed, Full bunk and a twin trundle with bathroom access in the hallway. Guest access The entire townhouse is available for guests to enjoy and we also provide access to a community pool, gym and a Private Bay Beach. Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests, Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wifi, Living Room and all bedrooms have TVs with streaming capability. Looking to go to the Gulf? There are multiple public beach accesses in Perdido Key, just 5 miles away. Other things to note Other things to note 1) No Pets 2) Occupancy Restrictions 3) Age Restrictions 1)Unfortunately, our community rules prohibit rental units from allowing pets to join, or we can be fined. So we cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged, and you will either have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, do note that while here, you may see dogs on the community property, as the rules do allow the Owners of units to have pets. If while onsite, you see an Owner walking their dog, we wanted you to understand why. 2)The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests. (9 if there are littles) 3)You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Exceptions may apply for married couples over 21. Anyone in your party under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or a guardian.
