Family Home for 5 in South Devon

Our cottage is situated in the friendly village of Harbertonford in South Devon. There's a great little shop, petrol station and football pitch within the village and being right in the middle of the South Hams, loads of gorgeous beaches are within an easy 20-40 minute drive. We're also 3 miles south of the vibrant town of Totnes and the River Dart. Or you could be roaming Dartmoor in under half an hour. Cottage comes with own parking. Our home has an abundance of toys, wifi, Netflix etc. The space Our lovely little cottage consists of a bright and airy open plan kitchen dining room, along with a stylish living room with large TV. (The TV will be logged into Netflix, Amazon and Disney+.) Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms that will sleep 5 people comfortably - 1 double bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom and 1 single captains bedroom, there are plenty of toys and books for kids aged between 4-10. The bathroom is opposite the double bedroom. Parking can be rather limited in our village, but not to worry as we have space for 1 car right outside the cottage in front of our garden gates. Please note: This is our family home, so the space is lived in and there will be personal items in the cottage during your stay. If you're looking for a home from home then our cottage is perfect for you. This are not a bland holiday home. Guest access The only part of the cottage that’s off limits is my workshop in the garden, this will be locked.
