The space This charming space is in the lower level of my home. It was carefully designed for the comfort and ease of my guests. Enjoy the many new furnishings and a few ancient ones as well. Relax in the plump leather recliner by the electric fireplace. A desk is provided if you need a remote workspace; very fast WiFi here. Sip your coffee near the window or on the patio. As a daylight basement this space remains comfortable even on hot summer days. The patio is shaded for most of the day and is a great place to relax after your excursions. The exterior landscaping is work in progress. Your hostess will occasionally be found working outside on beautification plans or watering all the new shrubs and flowers, but will be sure not to disturb you. Communication will ensure your stay is restful and enjoyable! Your privacy and comfort are of utmost importance. Guest access There are two open parking spaces streetside along the wooden fence. Park on either side of the number sign, please avoid the water main under the sign. You will access your quarters by going down the steps on the left side of the house. The steps are easy and solar lit at night. A covered patio leads to your private entrance and spacious mud room where you can sit down and remove your shoes and put on comfy slip-ons. There you will find a printed Welcome Guide with all necessary information. The entire lower level of the house is available just for you, other than two storage closets containing owner supplies. One is unlocked so that you may use the vacuum cleaner if desired. It's time to relax and breathe! Other things to note No children or pets please. Be aware there are steps to access property. The sofa is not a hide-a-bed.
