It is close to Heavenly ski Resort, casinos and the lake, grocery stores and all activities Lake Tahoe has to offer. The space The home is located in the Zephyr Heights neighborhood. It boasts large timber beams in the living room and gorgeous kitchen. Master bedroom and bath is located on the main living level of the house. The two additional bedrooms are located downstairs along with an additional large living space with small kitchen, fireplace and full bathroom. VHR permit #DSTR0897P Guest access Access into the house is only a few steps away from the driveway without navigating any stairs. There is an electronic lock on the front door for easy access. Other things to note Important Information Before Booking Dear Guests, Before proceeding with your booking, please take note of the following essential information. By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with these rules and regulations: 1. No Pets Allowed: Regardless of size, breed, or type, pets are not permitted on the property. This includes emotional support animals (ESAs). Only trained service dogs are allowed for guests with disabilities. 2. Service Animals: If you have a legitimate service animal, we welcome you! However, misrepresenting an animal as a service dog is a misdemeanor under Nevada Law (NRS 426.805). Falsely claiming a pet as a service dog can result in penalties of up to a $500 fine. For everyone’s safety and compliance with the law, we take this matter seriously. 3. Non-Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, as well as in the backyard or side yards. 4. Guest Limit: Please ensure that no more than 8 guests stay on the property. 5. No Parties or Loud Music: Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly request that there be no parties or loud music during your stay. 6. Shoe Removal: For cleanliness and comfort, please remove your shoes when entering the house. 7. Furniture Placement: Please do not move any furniture within the house or on the decks. Our carefully curated arrangement contributes to the overall aesthetics and safety of the space. 8. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage outside the house in the bear-proof container. Always ensure that the bear-box is securely closed and latched. Bears are active in the area, and proper disposal helps prevent unwanted encounters. 9. Garage Door: Keep the garage door closed at all times. Do not leave any food anywhere in the garage or outside the house due to bear activity. 10. BBQ Area Cleanliness: Due to bear activity, the BBQ area must remain completely free of any food remnants. After using the BBQ, thoroughly clean the grill, remove all food scraps, and dispose of them properly. Do not leave any food or food containers behind.
