Long Term Stay: 2 bed room duplex, close to UMC

No short-term / touristic bookings. Ideal for expats, professionals, academics, those needing to be in Nijmegen for school, work or family. Stylish 100m² apartment in sought after "Altrade" neighborhood with 2 bedrooms, king beds, fast Wi-Fi, and outdoor space. Includes cleaning every 4 weeks, bed linens, and towels. Walk to shops, bike to Radboud UMC. Ideal for long stays when we are out of town since we live on two continents. The space The 1st floor offers a sunny living room, open kitchen, and calming (yoga) alcove. High ceilings, great light, and a dining table for 4. Plenty of space to relax—sofa, bench, and ottoman included. The 2nd floor features two large king bedrooms, a new bathroom with rain shower, washer/dryer, and a private roof deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets (seats 2–4). Grilling not allowed. The 3rd upstairs room is locked for personal items—we stay here part of the year. Guest access You’ll gain access via an automated lock/app and keypad. 1-3 days prior to arrival. Other things to note The apartment has a private entrance via our own walkway which is the path straight from our front door to the curb. Ground floor (1st floor) and yard do not belong to our apartment. We own the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. PLEASE NOTE: everything to the side of the walkway - belong to the downstairs unit and are off limits. Including the trash container. Due to the home’s age (100+ years), there are steep and uneven stairs— it’s less suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Both bedrooms have king beds with high end "Emma" mattresses to ensure a great night’s sleep. This setup is ideal for a couple, possibly with a guest or older child, but less suited for groups of friends.
