The space 1st floor you’ll find the living room, kitchen and (yoga) alcove. High ceilings, natural light and dining table for 4. Couch, bench and ottoman, so plenty of sitting options. 2nd floor you’ll find 2 spacious bedrooms, both king beds, a new bathroom with rain shower, washer and dryer and access to the roofdeck. The roofdeck holds 2-4 people comfortably. Small table, 2 chairs and a bench. No grilling allowed on the roofdeck. The third room on the 2nd floor is locked and holds our personal items. We live in the house a couple weeks per year. Guest access You’ll gain access via a key that sits in the lockbox. Other things to note We own the 1st and second floor with private entrance. The ground floor and garden is owned by others and is not to be used.
