I have a furnished room & shared common space home that is a tranquil, quiet place to unwind. I live on the property in a studio & manage the home. Located on a private hillside drive w/Gorge-ous river and mountain views, you'll find the space professional, clean, and peaceful. Located within 25 min to Hood River + quick access to all that WA has to offer. The space The home is an open-concept kitchen/dining/living floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the view. Expansive wrap-around deck for various areas to relax and grab different vibes. Your room is equipped with hypo-allergenic, non-toxic, and green/eco-linens, pillows, bedsheets, mattress, etc. and other products with as much effort as humanly possible to accommodate for those with allergies or sensitivities. Some materials are not 100% but as close as possible. **NOTE: The bathroom is shared but kept minimalist, tidy and sanitized. Laundry cleaning products are provided that are free of dyes and perfumes for chemical sensitive skin. Guest access You'll be able to access the entire property other than my personal studio and garage at your leisure. Enjoy beautiful sunrise or sunset stretches on the wrap around deck. Have your choice of cup of tea option, or any beverage of your choice. Mi casa, Su casa. Other things to note The host has a chemical sensitivity so no use of cologne, perfumes, perfumed or strong lotions, or chemical sprays inside the house. Outside is just fine. This is a non-smoking property. I also have one dog. She's incredibly gentle, sweet, and never barks unless at the right time...which is a knock at the door. She spends most of her time with me in our studio that is external on the property. If I'm not home, and I can't bring her with me, then she relaxes and naps on the sofa. Each room is equipped with its own bedroom interior door combo door code for safety and security. I find most people don't use them and just shut their doors. This is a safe and trusting home. I do have security system and cameras on premise as well. I work from home in my studio doing real estate and running my online wellness business.
