It’s extremely private with no other house visible, a Nature heaven with 150 years old sugar maple trees, a wide variety of flowers and wild life and another meadow and woods at the back. The 800 sq ft first floor is the Airbnb rental with the 2nd floor unoccupied during your stay and is ideal for a couple, a couple w/young child or three friends. It is an open floor layout with at the west end a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances and amenities, in the middle the dining and living room area, the modern plush bathroom and at the east end the bedroom with a king bed and a ceiling fan. One of the highlight is the floor to ceiling window wall in the dining/living room and bedroom which connects you at all times with the incredible natural surroundings, waking up to the natural night or fallen asleep under the moon rays. In front of the house, outside there is a fire pit with logs and backyard chairs for seating as well as a charcoal grill and a hammock weather permitting. The stream is deep enough to dip at several spots you are invited to discover! Within a 10-20-min drive, access Mt Tremper, Phoenicia, Woodstock with their variety of farm-to-table restaurants, eclectic bars and artisan shops and within a 25-min drive, access skiing at Hunter, Bellayre Mountain, or numerous hiking trails in Catskill State Park.
