Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor and unfortunately is not barrier-free. I am fully convinced of mutual responsibility and ask for respectful use of the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed. Parties and events are prohibited. The apartment is not prepared for children to visit. Therefore, please no inquiries with children under 3 years old, although I myself have toddlers. For the safety of the residents and guests, there is video surveillance in the house entrance area.
