The space Our cozy vacation house offers: *A totally private fibreglass pool: 2.80 m × 4.50 m (1.25 m deep) surrounded by a lush tropical garden, attracting butterflies, birds, squirrels, and sometimes even sloths! We provide one pool towel per guest. *One outdoor and one indoor shower. *Two bedrooms: -One master bedroom with a king-size bed -One guest bedroom offers flexibility with two twin beds that can be effortlessly joined into one king-size bed upon your request. *Parking is available for one small car on the property. Bigger SUVs can be conveniently parked on the public road in front of the main gate. *One bathroom featuring a designer shower with lovely hot water pressure. We provide one shower towel and one hand towel per guest. *25mb fiber wifi, a nice desk for working in the master bedroom and many useful plugs all around the house and in the outdoor patio. *A fully equipped kitchen featuring pans, stove, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, big fridge and tableware for 4. *A living room area with a sofa and a Smart TV for Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and more. *A single AC unit for the entire house, along with effective fans in the bedrooms and on the outdoor patio. The house is screened with nets and glass windows. *A covered patio boasting an 8-seat wooden table, a BBQ grill, an outdoor sofa set and two sun beds. - Ideal Location - We are close enough to the action without being in the middle of it!! *Just a 3-minute walk to a pristine, quiet, black sand beach where you can go for a swim straight from the house. *A gourmet mini-market is a quick 5-minute walk away. *Explore a beautiful hotel nearby for dining or exotic drinks at sunset. *For more entertainment and dining options, the bustling center of Puerto Viejo is just 2km away.
