House with three floors inside a condo. For up to 9 people. Located in "Vargem Pequena", a former rural area, now with nice and peacfull condos. It is located very next to the Olympics facilities. Location: 9km to Recreio Beach 4km from Shopping The space First Floor: . Nice stay room with dining room with air cond. . Kitchen with laundry area. . Lavatory. Second Floor: . 1 couple bedroom suite (allows one small childreen) with balcony with view to a nice rock formation and mountains. It has a network swing and air cond. . 1 regular room with bed couch and one extra mattress (up to 3 people total). and air cond. . 1 bathroom Third Floor: . 1 cozy attic for up to 4 people or a couple with children. With two balconies, one to the rock formation and another to the backyard and mountains. Of course, with network swing. Yard and facilities: One front yard with chairs under the 1st. balcony floor. Garage for up two cars at the side. Backyard with: - two big palm trees, one lemon tree, blackberry (the tree not the cellphone) and acerola tree. You can make your own "caipirinha" drink. - small grass area under the mentioned trees. - big roof to stay outdoors and away of rain. We can study special requests as install ping pong table and/or pool table. - small pool for up to eight people. Just to refresh and drink quietly, but not swiming. - barbecue grill and counter with tap. - chairs and tables to relax outdoors. - TV and internet access. Guest access Location: .
