The space The house consists of a ground floor with a 30 m² living room with parquet flooring and a wood-burning stove. A fully equipped 35 m² kitchen with a dishwasher and an American refrigerator. In the dining area, you will find a table for 8 people and a pellet stove. A bathroom with toilet, dryer and washing machine is available on the ground floor. On the second floor, you have three attic bedrooms: - the first is 11 m² with a 140 cm bed. - the second is 13 m² with a 140 cm bed. - the third is 20 m² with a 140 cm bed + a 90 cm bed. There is a toilet on the first floor landing. The 1000 m² garden with its summer kitchen and terrace has stunning views of the Sèvre Nantaise. Guest access The house is equipped with a new kitchen with a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee maker and filter coffee maker. You have a washing machine and a dryer. The house is connected to ADSL, a TV box is available in the living room. Linens, 2 possibilities: 1/ You bring yours. 2/€15 per bed (Bed linen, towels and dish towels). Cleaning, 2 possibilities: 1/ Do your own cleaning. The house should be returned impeccable. 2/ Cleaning fee of €70. Other things to note The place is not designed for people with reduced mobility and small children from 0 to 6 years old as there are many stairs and different sources of natural water.
